Our Maidens are going overseas to take part in the Wet City Rollers’ tournament and our home fans can be reassured, there will be a livestream so you don’t have to miss out if you can’t make it to Norway!

Parking is available on-site for free.

There are bike racks available at the sports centre. National Route 7 of the National Cycle Routes passes near Bellahouston park and further information on cycle routes (including a journey planner) is available on the Glasgow City Council website.

The nearest train stations are Cardonald (25 minute walk), or Dumbreck (26 minute walk).

Buses which stop nearby are the First 9/9A and 10, and McGills 38.

Maidens @ Great Yorkshire Showdown (AWAY)

Our Maidens are heading down to compete in the awesome Great Yorkshire Showdown, hosted by the awesome Leeds Roller Derby!

Six teams will play two 30-minute games each, with the two most successful teams from each bracket going on to compete in a full length game for the winner’s title.

Tickets

Advance tickets are £10, tickets on the day will be £12. Children under the age of 16 get free entry.

Travel Info

Parking

The Edge does have its own on-site parking but is very limited in spaces and usually fills up fast. The next nearest parking is a multi-storey car park next to The Edge called “Orange Zone Car Park”.

Train
